In order to improve the system's performance we are going to integrate a new scheduler module from OnyakTech that deletes portals according to the last visit of the Administrator.
The module cleans up automatically sites that the Administrator hasn't logged in to the site for more then 60 days.

We have created a special script to keep specific users from site deletion even if they havn't logged into the site for more then 60 days. We currently keep only Premium Portal Owners on this list - all other users will need to log in at least every 60 days to keep their sites alive.
If you have a Premium Portal Plan, submit your site link, the Administrator user of your site and the EMail of the Administrator used in the Admin account  (very important !) and we will get you into the list.

We will perform a DB restore only for sites that been deleted by mistake - we will check to see the login time, and if it was in the last 60 days we will restore the site - we won't restore other sites so don't forget to login at least once each 2 months.
Eventually all working sites will benefit from this procedure because the system will work better and faster, so it might be a bit of trouble for you, but big benefit for all.
